Braid

Braided designs are fun and easy. I like playing with color schemes. I added the design to 2 fingers and went for a simpler line designs on the other fingers. It was perfect for an island vacation!

Sundays No. 18

I got this polish in my Ipsy bag. It's called Sundays and the shade is No. 18

Construction Zone

I did this design for my friend who had a construction themed party for her son.

Feathers

I used water decals to do this feather design. I got them from AliExpress for super cheap. They are very easy to use. You apply like you would a kids temporary tattoo.

Houndstooth

This was last month. Quite an improvement from the first time I attempted it.

This was the first time I attempted this design about 2 years ago

This design looks hard, but it's really easy. It doesn't take a lot of skill, just a steady hand. You have to do it in layers so it is a little time consuming.

Go Hawkeyes! My husband is a huge fan of the Hawkeyes so I thought I'd support the team! I used striping tape to create this look. Just paint a base color of your choice. When dry, create designs with the tape. Then paint the second color over top and remove the tape. It's best to remove the tape when the top layer is still wet.

Sunset

This sunset design was fun to do. I did an ombre with yellow and orange first. It looks cute up close, but from a distance the birds looked like bats so it felt very halloweeny.

French Tip

French tips are such a fun design. There are so many ways to spruce up a french tip.You can use a color on the tip or add designs and get a whole different look. Adding different accent colors around the tip was actually how I originally hid my uneven lines!
